Accessible exclusively via desktop, follow these steps to download your trade report for any timeframe you need:

  1. Visit the “My Accounts” section within your trading account.
  2. Select “View” for the account you want a report from.
  3. Access your “Trade History.”
  4. Specify your date range.
  5. Click “Export Account History.”
  6. Choose your preferred report format.
  7. Opt for CSV, and find your report in the downloads folder.
  8. Select PDF, and instantly receive an email with a download link for your report.

  1. Click on “Internal Transfer”
  2. Select “Wallet to Trading Platform” 
  3. Select the “Wallet” or “Currency”
  4. Select the “Trading Account” you wish to transfer to
  5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  6. Click on “Request Transfer” to complete your Internal Transfer

 

When requesting a transfer, you will receive a notification on your screen. This notification is there to inform you of our conversion fee when transferring funds. The price before and after the transfer will be visible for your perusal. Please select “Cancel” to keep the funds in your main wallet or “Ok” to proceed. 

 

Your funds will be transferred to your Trading Platform instantly.

Each instrument has it’s own max leverage. Please find the below leverage options for the instruments.

Forex 1:500 
Metals: 1:200
Cryptos: 1:100
Stocks: 1:20 
Indices: 1:200 
Energies: 1:200

There may be changes in leverage if the equity of the account is higher than 500k. The leverage available in these accounts would be the following:

Forex: 1:200

Metals: 1:50

Cryptos: 1:50

Stocks: 1:20

Indices: 1:50

Energies: 1:50


With the given current volatility in the Silver market, many major liquidity providers and trading venues are increasing the margin requirement for Silver (XAGUSD).

In order to safeguard our users, the leverage in XAGUSD will be reduced to 1:100 this Thursday February 4th, 2021 from market opening. Further notifications will be shared to keep our Traders informed as the situation develops.


As of 21st December 2021, the available leverage for pairs involving the Turkish Lira have now been reduced to 1:50.

-A Margin Call of 100%

-A Stop Out Level of 144%

The above means that if your Margin Level reaches 100%, you will get a margin call and will not be able to open any new trades.

On the other hand, if your Margin Level falls below 144%, a Stop Out will happen, and TradeLocker will start partially closing your open positions one at a time to avoid further losses that could result in a negative account balance.

Kindly note that your biggest losing trades will be closed automatically to prevent your account balance from going negative. 

 

You may maintain your margin levels higher by either increasing your equity by adding more margin to your account or reducing the margin you are trading on by decreasing the lot size of your holdings.
