  • Upon initiating a withdrawal, a pop-up will appear, prompting you to choose between withdrawing the funds and forfeiting the bonus or converting the withdrawal into bonus points while retaining the funds in your account.

Step 3: Bonus Points Credited to Your Bonus Wallet

  • After completing the withdrawal process, bonus points will automatically be credited to your Bonus Wallet.

Step 4: Redeem Bonus Points into Cash

  • To redeem these points, all you need to do is trade! For each lot traded, you will release points which become cash. Each lot traded redeems $5.00 to the balance of your live account set as the preferred account in your Account Settings. The funds can then be used to trade or can be withdrawn.

Step 5: Change Credited Account for Bonus Points

  • If you wish to change the live account to which bonus points are credited, navigate to the settings section.

  1. Click on “Withdraw”.
  2. Choose “Bitcoin (BTC)”.
  3. Choose the wallet you would like to deduct the funds from.
  4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  5. Click “Request Withdrawal”.
  6. Click “Withdraw”.

    You will be redirected to the second step.

  7. Enter your Bitcoin (BTC) address and withdraw the funds.



!! Please check carefully before requesting a withdrawal !!

 

  • Only enter a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.     
  • Enter the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address of your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet.   

 

If you notice an error, please contact our Support Department immediately to see if it is still possible to cancel the withdrawal request. 

 

Due to the digital currency protocols, transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once processed. Providing incorrect details may result in the permanent loss of funds.

Once processed it can take between 1-3 hours or as soon as 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before the funds will be available in your BTC wallet.

Find the withdrawal request that you wish to cancel.

Click on Cancel under the Actions section.

  1. It is important to note that only withdrawal requests with a status of Waiting Info or Waiting Approval can be cancelled.

     

  2. You will then be prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed with cancelling your withdrawal. 

     

  3. Once you click “Cancel Withdrawal”, you will be notified that your cancellation was successful and your withdrawal is returned to your account.

-If you have made a deposit using your credit/debit card directly with SageFX,  you would need to withdraw/partially withdraw the same amount via credit/debit card unless otherwise informed by our Payments Team at the time of withdrawal request. 

When requesting a partial withdrawal of the original amount, it could be possible that we would then require the remainder to be withdrawn via a different method available to you, for example, Bitcoin.  

The withdrawal will be processed by us within 24 hours and can take 1-14 days to be returned to your account (this depends on the speed of your bank).

Additional funds over and above your original deposit(s) would need to be withdrawn via Bitcoin.

Example: If you deposit $200 via Card and have a balance of $250 in your SageFX Wallet, we have to process $200 back to Card and then we can send the other $50 to a Bitcoin address should you be looking to withdraw the full balance of $250.

Step by Step Guide:



Step 1: 

Navigate to the “Withdraw” Tab on the left-hand side menu.

Step 2:

Select your USD Wallet and “Debit/Credit Card” as the withdrawal method.


Finally, select the amount that you would like to withdraw. You would need to withdraw/partially withdraw the same amount via credit/debit card unless otherwise informed by our Payments Team at the time of withdrawal request. 


Step 3: 

Click “Request Withdrawal” to complete your request. This will be processed within 24 hours and an email will be sent to you to confirm that you requested has been approved. 

You should receive the funds back to the original card they were deposited from within 1-5 business days.

If you have not received your withdrawal within 7 business days, please contact our Support Team with a copy of the card statement showing that funds have not been received so that we may investigate further. Please remove any data that is not relevant to the request.

  1. Head over to the “Withdrawal” tab on your account.
  2. Choose PayRedeem as the method.
  3. Select the wallet you would like to withdraw your funds from.
  4. Enter the amount (this would need to be rounded without any cents).
  5. Click on “Request Withdrawal.

 

 

Confirm your withdrawal request by clicking on “Withdraw”.

You will be diverted to the Payments portal where you would need to enter your PayRedeem email address. Once this has been entered, click on Withdraw.
