To add funds to your account with Bitcoin, please follow the below steps:

 

  1. Tap “Deposit Funds”
  2. Choose “Bitcoin” as the Deposit Type
  3. Choose the Wallet you want to fund
  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit
  5. Tap Redirect me to the Payment Page” 
  6. Go to your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet and send the funds to the Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address we provide you. 

 

You will see an address to send your Bitcoin to.

 


Please Note: A new Bitcoin (BTC) address is created each time you create a deposit notification. A Bitcoin (BTC) address can only be used once. 

 

Do not save any of the addresses we provide you. 

 

Bitcoin (BTC) deposits need to be confirmed by Blockchain 3-6 times for you to receive the funds.

 

This can typically take 1-3 hours.

You will need to authorize the payment on the Bitcoin wallet provider site before the funds will be credited.

Instructions for Internal Transfers are provided below.

If you have already made the transfer and the funds are not showing in the trading account, log out and log back into your TradeLocker account to allow the balance to update.

 

  1. Tap on “Internal Transfer”.
  2. Select “Wallet to Trading Platform” as the “Transfer Type”.
  3. Choose the Wallet to transfer from.
  4. Choose the Trading account to deposit into.
  5. Enter the amount to transfer. You need to have this amount available in your SageFX Wallet before you can transfer it.

When requesting a transfer, you will receive a notification on your screen. This notification is there to inform you of our conversion fee when transferring funds. The price before and after the transfer will be visible for your perusal. Please select “Cancel” to keep the funds in your main wallet or “Ok” to proceed.

You need to have 3-6 confirmations before your funds are processed. This can typically take 1-3 hours.

  • Only send funds to the address displayed on the deposit page.
  • Send to the exact Crypto address displayed on the deposit page.
  • Do not save any of the addresses we provide you. A new address is created each time you create a deposit notification.  
  • We DO NOT accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
 
Check carefully before sending Crypto as due to the digital currency protocols, transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once sent. 

 

Once your wallet provider sends the transaction to the Blockchain or Blockchair, the status on the deposit page will update from WAITING APPROVAL  to WAITING CONFIRMATION.

Kindly check with your Bitcoin (BTC) Wallet Provider or Debit/Credit Card Service Provider regarding any fees or any minimum/maximum limits.

You will need to:

  • Tap on Deposit Funds
  • Select Debit/Credit Card as the Deposit Type
  • Choose the Wallet you would like to fund
  • Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum is $50)
  • Tap the Redirect me to the Payment Page 
  • An e-mail will be sent to you instantly.
  • Tap the Complete My Deposit button in the e-mail to continue the process of your deposit. 
  • You would either need to Login or Create an account (You would just need to enter a password if you are creating an account. The other boxes will already be pre-filled).
  • To be able to process this payment, you may need to verify your account on the payment provider’s platform.
  • Lastly, to finalize the payment, you would need to access the My Account tab on your payment platform and authorize the deposit. The deposit will be on the way shortly.

 

Payments generally take 1-3 hours (3-6 confirmations if funds are being processed via the blockchain) or at the very most 24 hours to be processed to your Wallet, however, if you think there may be an issue with the payment, please contact us on support@sagefx.com or visit us on our Live 24/7 Chat.

Please note: Your deposit request can’t be cancelled if your funds have already been processed.

Scroll to the right on the deposit request that you wish to cancel.

  1. Tap on Cancel under the Actions section.

     

  2. You will then be prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed with canceling your deposit.
  3. Once you tap Yes, you will be notified that your cancellation was successful and you may proceed with making a new deposit request whenever most convenient.
